I think for a lot of people and especially non neuro people, the challenge in something like this where there's so little to diagnostically like get traction on is even just to build a differential. But if this is a drug overdose problem, that really doesn't belong in the neuro ICU, right? That really belongs in the NICU. What I will say, the thing can go both ways, right? Many, many NICUs are comfortable managing status epilepticus or nonconvulsive status epilepticuis.
