I Love Monogamy, I Love the Attitudinal Comparison
I see it as a spectrum, really. Like there's jealousy on one end and then there's this embodied comparison on the other. And in the middle, there is this attitudinal comparison. When people are at one end when they're feeling really jealous and they're not on board, the best thing to do is to just start being on board cognitively. To start reorganizing our thoughts and our beliefs around this will take time.
