The Value of User Stories
Using these user stories gives you a consistent language that you can use to communicate requirements clearly. And it's going to allow you a lot of flexibility later on if you retain those tickets. If you treat users stories as a business asset instead of a throwaway, and you put in that effort upfront, again, you're going to reap rewards later on. It may not be completely obvious, but if your business is going through an M&A, somebody's going to come through and want to look at your software.
