The Distinction Between Philosophy and Revelation

Ibn Rushd often associated with a so-called double truth theory which some have maybe legitimately or not said anticipates some even in licensement attitudes towards religion. In general, this idea that religion and philosophy may perhaps lead to the same place. What do you make of that? One might call it super philosophical, but again, as I think you probably agree, it just depends on how broad one considers the scope of philosophy to be. But what is the relationship between revelation and metaphysics? There's absolutely no competition or antagonism. It's rather that revelation is the thing which is, as it were, coming down to us.
