Both games are inspired by what it's like to manage and lead. There's so much out of your control even in any anyone's daily life there's things that just happen that you weren't expecting. The stakes are lower by choice because we just didn't want to hammer people the the exact same way. We wanted a more affirmative message it's okay pick yourself up dust yourself off you'll get there try again as opposed to ha ha dummy you lost  it was all your fault you were over.
