What Are Some of the Challenges of Complying With the Infa Blackin Rule?
The start date of the infa blackin rules, which have been on people's radar screens for about a year. Even thoug the's no enforcement yet, there's no enforcement mechanism in place at the moment. The idea that they need to seriously consider every request they get is really new for them. For h iesn and n, health information exchanges, i think this is a particular challenge for them because most were built assuming a very narrow set of purposes for exchange.
