Sexual Harassment

The only two forms of sexual harassment that are illegal are quid pro quo harassment, have sex with me or else you're fired. To prove a hostile work environment standard, you have to show that you've made the complaint to the higher management and nothing was done. There's been cases where isolated incidents have gone to trial and they've been struck down.
