What's the Road Map to Productivization?

A lot of people who i'm working with, their transitioning, right? They've been doing consulting and running an agency for a while. And they want something more predictable and productize. So it's more of just like, looking hay,. Like this is what happened actually, with my agency, was we were doing a ton of everything under the sun. What are we already doing that people are paying for? What are people paying for on a recurring basis? We end up kind of filtering down every thing and cutting everything out, except, you know, long form kind of thought leadership articles. But a lot of people can start there, right? Because you already doing x or a variety
