The Dangers of Messages That Hurt Women and Men
I've been doing research for 20 years now and we've done 12 of these big nationally representative studies to understand what is it that makes for the happiest marriages. I hear so often these stories and there really has been a lot of hurt that I've seen amongst women especially who you know they felt like their role was to give their husband sex whenever he wants. That's such a damaging belief or the concept of you know a pastor who may sort of be throwing something out there as an illustration and a sermon. You're getting two sides of the coin here: well intended but just ill informed like people that don't mean and then it deepens the cycle of hurt.
