The Rise of Single Family Real Estate

Neil: Real estate is one huge category. And of course, you got different levels there. So if something's $10 million and rates for 3%, the cash flow on those apartments, let's say, were a lot more when they're raised for 3% than they are at six. The buyer is going to pay less because again, they're solving the cash flow. But at the end of the day, it's reprised real estate on commercial. On the single family side, of course, what's happening is you're pushing more people into rentals Because the prices went up and they accounted for the mortgage. That's putting more pressure in the multifamily.
