There needs to exist a surface where some one can define the business concepts, what those business concepts mean. And in terms of who owns that, i think the business should own it. If you're an analyst and you need to understand, we have three different types of shipments at convoy, how did those shipment categorization splits change? You know what shipment categorization means in the real world. So that's where i think ownership should be.
