How HPE Balances Work and Personal Life
I don't see us ever getting to that place again. How do you balance it all? It's a good question. I think we get to choose every day and every week where we spend our time. We are in control of choosing whether team member audience, do they need to hear from our CEO that week because of something monumental that's occurred in society or because of some major change he's making. One of the things I've loved about HPE's approach is it's never been a mandate.
