Do You Think There's Something Unjustifiable in the Due Diligence Process?

Tungi: There's an opportunity here to perhaps be on the right side of a trend that's coming. The more time lawyers spend doing non legal administrative work, the more they have to charge their clients. That's our job and that's our mission and deal with is initially with this due diligence collaboration platform. We're going to work through tools that allow lawyers to spend more time doing great legal work but less time doing non legal ministry.
