The Resistance Requirement in Criminal Law
In the 1980s you see many cases where convictions are overturned by appellate courts, and the courts aren't seeing enough fight on the part of the victim to sustain the conviction. And so over time you see this resistance requirement in law softening. So there's a lot there and you talk about it at a bunch of different points in the book.
