I was more sympathetic to the idea that these systems should take a pause. Like I understand it's very unlikely that the big companies are going to unilaterally disarm without some sort of pressure. And I guess what I worry about is that if six months go by with sort of unchecked developments, and if these companies do start to train more powerful models,. then by the time the government has a point of view, it's already outdated.
