The Real Value of Getting to That List
The real value is the process of getting to that list. Through that, as you've mentioned, that's where the trust starts to get built. I worked with a team once who some people couldn't be there that day. Somebody was sick, and somebody else got called out in an emergency. So we did, ah, got it down, narrowed down to about 20 or so, and then we adjourned and came back again for another meeting. That easier to do something positive yet.
