MMA Fighters Are the Hardest to Train

MMA fighters are the hardest because they have to be indurable, explosive, flexible, but stiff. We train with things like stir the pot and rolling planks and reverse back extension holds for time. They're not stoking the pain all the time. At least you can show up to the fight and have a fighting chance if the capacity's your endurance is down,. I'd rather you be pain free and a little undertrained.
