Is the S-Corp or LLC Trading Stocks Suspect to California Income Taxes?
The Irrivalable Trust is set up in Wyoming, LLC, and sub-S-Corp to trade stocks. The state of California doesn't care if you have an S-Corp trading stocks there. Do not go back to the people that sold you this to get them to explain it. Get someone totally without a vested interest. Explain it.
