I definitely train both I like to train both I don't care which one they're both fun to me and just as we've been talking about a lot tonight through the book the last hundred yards I want my training to be different and surprising and be uncontrollable. When you change it definitely affects you when you change from gi and then all of a sudden you take off your gi and you're sliding all over the place so I want to be a better grappler so I do that.
