Do Ab Exercises Really Work?

A dead lift is direct volume for most of your back and ham strings. It's probably fair to include your quads as well. And i would say its indirect volume for your biceps and your lats. John challet asks, if there are weeks i can add an extra day at the gim, should I dedicate it to corps workouts? Well, you could if you really training your corps. But remember, you don't have to do any corps exercises, like ab exercises, to have a great corps.
