Taking the Edge Off of Anxiety

Anxious thoughts can get in the way of taking action to face our fears. If we can maybe take the edge off some of that fear by addressing some of the fictions we have about it, then that can make it easier to face those fears. So yeah, I like that idea of understanding the idea, reworking it a little bit, just to make it a little easier to move forward.
