How Did You Pick a Slow Time Control With No Tie Brakes?

The match is four against four. It's a 15 minute, like, everyone plays a somebody from the other team in a 15 minute game. And then by the end of the match, you've played everyone in the other team. I feel like chess really suffers from it. A huge problem is that the games last five to six hours,. which is just crazy. We definitly want to be relatively fast, but like, not insanely fast; we felt like this was be a good length for a match.
