What Does It Mean When a Trache Is Cuffed?

Two patients could both have a shyly 5 XLT tube, but one might have a distal XLT due to tracheal stenosis. And the other could have a proximal XLT because of more neck tissue. So it's helpful for me to see a picture that we'll put in our show notes that really submits that proximalXLT being longer on one end.
