All our first hires who are now our full time employees, they were contractors. It was mainly because pequity bootstrap. For the first year, we could not afford to pay engineers their full salaries all the time. We actually still have one engineer who does other opportunities, only with us three days a week. I'm very curious to see how that kind of trend continues,. ecause i think that wone it'll drastically change the realm of compensation and employment and talent.
