We're Bringing the Human Component Back to Our Company

Every time we engage in the habit of seeking or listening or speaking up because it's the right thing to do, we're engaged in acts of care. Our company is shifting to what we call a just culture. It's about shifting from individual blame to really understanding group cause and continuous improvement.
