The Bombing of Brian's Neck

Brian said he was under surveillance from at least three people to make sure he rubbed the bank. The troopers knew it wasn't uncommon to get calls about bombs from time to time but these had always turned out to be hoaxes. Officer Samansky touched the t-shirt Brian was wearing and he used a knife to cut and pull most of it away to expose the bomb.
