The Top 3 Reasons Why Athletes Sleep Poorly

Most of our athletes are getting between six and seven hours. We wake individual athletes up like swimmers, rollers and cyclists in Australia anyway we wake them up pretty early. Alcohol is not good for sleep unfortunately decreases quality. Adolescence the body clock shifts back in adolescence so they become more like a night owls. Lack of attention or priority on sleep, social media stress and anxiety I'd say talking to athletes these are the top three that I see.
