Is Health Care a Right?

If it's expensive to be altruistic, then you're going to be less altruistic. If we were to eliminate a reduced waste in health care, what could that do for our ability to expand health insurance coverage? We often don't connect the issue of waste in U.S. health care to the issue of health insurance for the poor. There's a lot of public rhetoric about whether health care is a right or not. I think almost everyone would agree that the answer is more than zero.
