Ettory Myerana's Life and Work

The Via Pona Esperna boys had all but disbanded as they separately relocated to allied countries in preparation for the brewing war. Ettory Myerana ended his exile at around the same time. In 1937, a number of high-profile teaching positions opened up at the University of Palermo in Italy. The school's administration put forth a contest with the winners being named as the new professors. He was aware that he would need something groundbreaking if he was going to win the deciding committee over. After four years of barely leaving his house, Ettory shaved, cut his hair, bought new clothes and returned to the world with an intent to secure the position.
