The New Testament to Everyone
The New Testament is vivid and it's dramatic and poignant. I wanted to try to find ways of bringing that out. There were some stylistic tricks which enabled me to do that a bit. The one rule is this, if you take an exciting book and make it dull, it must be a wrong translation. Even if literally word for word, it seems to be accurate.
