The purpose of these distress tolerance skills is not to really feel better or improve the situation, even though that may end up being the case. The goal is really just to kind of let the storm pass, get through the situation without doing anything that's going to make it harder for you in the long run. So on that note, today we're going to be teaching you some more skills. We're going to go through one of our favorite skills that you may have heard of, which is called tip.
