Can You Build an Athletic Body Over a Consistent Time?

"I think it would be an interesting, not to say I have to champion to do anything because I don't have obligated to something," he says. "If there was a test case in a study for my life, it's saying, can you kind of become, can you build an athletic body over a consistent time? And that's where looking at if I can figure out what the sacrifices necessary are to develop the physical tissue and body That is capable of performing." He adds: "It only takes a generation or two before you've completely forgotten about the capacity".
