The Search Warrant Request for the NIP Family Property
The document states July 7, 2013, and approximately 2246 hours, Wilson, Oklahoma police officers, Richard Parsley and Brandon Dingman began a vehicle pursuit with a 2012 Honda Accord. The request here, Captain, is that that large property, the NIP family property, please grant us a search warrant for that property. And you know that they have to list what it is that they are looking for. Well, the property to be seized in this situation is we have an officer stating that they believe that human remains of Colt Haines and Molly Miller will be found there. That's why I don't understand why it wasn't signed off on the first statement."
