Integrating the Other Side of the Polarity

i t p gives us an ability to make peace with uncertainty in general. Integration means giving it space to be what it is, allowing it to be whatever it is at the time that it is. We get to the other side and we were fine. And maybe we didn't do it elegantly, maybe e tripped our way through the situation, but we got to the otherside and it was ok.
