When i was younger, when i was 19, i would eat a whole steak and then wash it down with a metrix. I lived in the state of super high protein, which did not do my body any good for decade or more. And during the day when i was working ere i go to the gem, my body would reek of ammonia,. It would sting my eyes, and i would smell it, it would burn my nose. But now  i find that standing makes me feel much different at the end of the day if i'm standing. Also sleep much better than if i’m sitting - another topic.
