The organization is structured as a nonprofit. We are right now, like, recombin, you can imagine is like a higher order aggregate of all the bioregional nodes. Our support is because of an investor that that believes in what we're doing and sees what we'redoing really focusing on this land layer as a piece of the puzzle. So we're really just trying to focus on this land piece. But yeah, with the other like pieces of how like we're a nonprofit, we need to make money. There's like small leasehold fees that would, you know, trickle through but again, the whole point is like land is equitable and affordable. And, and yeah,
