A History of a Liberal Democracy
Finland was a liberal democracy, but probably not in the same ways as other liberal democracies like to run themselves around the world. It became a non negotiable for them to maintain their independence. They never wantd to be occupy by another power and were always willing to fight for it. After 70 years since word war two, they're no closer to being part of the soviet union or becoming a russian satellite than they were back then.
