The United Nations and the War in Europe

The united nations is a product of the last sanctuary. And ow the united nations should be reformed, that's a matter of fact. Whether the united nations can be reformed in an efficient manner is still an open question. i am quite pesimistic about it, because even now, i do not register any a genuine desire of the permanent members of the united nations to launch a profound reform.
