How Do We Get Away With Castings?
For dullets in particular, and in particular, my cast, which is the manual scavenging cast, its the bungy cast. Just being born in that cast is considered something to be shameful about through generations of embody that shame so deeply. For them, this entire performance of cast becomes like a closet. And when you come out of that closet, you come out as a dullet. Because i'm leaving that old lie and owning my cast, stepping proudly into my identity.
