I like what the leader of your company said about if we're dealing with an issue, do people feel free to talk about it? That's it. That's safety. In any work environment, you only see that little piece of the pie that people are bringing to work. So I think the freedom, the safety to talk about those things is important. Congruency, part of whole self. Yeah.
