The paralymic system is under developed in psychopat or it seems so at least. That region controls emotional memories, inhibition and moral reasoning. If you have an under developed paralymic system, that's kind of big on the check list of psychopathyy. And there's a whole group of people who are kind of leading the current research and psychopathy studying prisoners.
