The Importance of Quality Bedding and Pillows

You can buy fairly good quality beds for a reasonable price. The bed linen, the sheets, the quilt, all of your bedding is good quality. That very much affects the quality of your life. I haven't ever bought a bad bed in my life, to be honest. For the last 25 years, I've spent a lot of money on mattresses and I would not sleep on a sheet if it's not cotton 100%. If you're not wearing your shoes, you're probably in bed. Resu and I agree on that.
