When the VIX was under 12 there was a lot of frustration because everything's chopping around nothing is really moving So yes, we have to adapt and that's why there's always that learning. Even the experienced traders are learning new things to adapt When they stay in their lane now sometimes they will take their swim lane and adapt it Maybe to a different type of market so for instance, maybe I've been trading the overall market. Let's say the spies or the ES futures But now I see some opportunities in these high volatility individual name stocksI could apply some of the same Trading insights to this New area.
