The Opportunities in Making Assets More Sustainable

We're getting what we call green PCAs. It's a sustainability oriented property condition assessment. And so we have like a long term capital plan that incorporates everything that we would need to do from a sustainability perspective to stay ahead of the game. We think there's a lot of opportunity in making assets more sustainable. In Europe, investors are only interested in very, very ESG compliant and ESG forward assets.
