The Best Classical Music Pieces

If you could pick a few of the best classical music pieces, which would they be? I'm always asked this because I so want to get people into classical music. It's hard for me to imagine anybody listening to Handel's Messiah and not being uplifted to the heavens. The Hallelujah chorus is the most famous choral part in the history of music.
