How to Buy a Three Million Dollar Business
Most of my deals are three to $50 million enterprise value. I've done probably half of what I do is traditional search. And then, you know, in the self funded world using SBA loans. Most of them have been in that five to seven that've gone as low as three. We just did 80% SBA 10% seller financing and 10% cash. This 10% cash is $300,000 right? So it's 10% of three million.
