Is Mattthew Written Before Book of Revelation?

There's a lot of debate over the order of the gospels in which they were written. Most scholars, it's fair to say, think mark was first, followed by matthew and luke. There are others that argue that matthew was first. Matthew is famous for having chiasms everywhere,. ok? Did matthew do all those on his own front or are at least some of them parts of editorial hands)? We just don't know how much of this activity went on.
