The Patterson Gimlin Footage
The patterson footage, also called the patterson gimlin film, gives us the most iconic image of bigfoot. The footage shows a bipeedl figure covered in dark hair walking across a clearing nthe woods or the creek bed in the full light of day. Patterson is the one holding the 16 millimeter camera, and he dismounts his horse to follow the creature. Gimlin is said to have kept his rifle handy in case protection was needed.
