How to Be a Great Teacher

I'm currently at work right now and I had some trainings few hours ago and I've been training since morning. So, yeah, there are more, their abilities to communicate are higher. Growing up, I wasn't, I couldn't speak English. But hey, I realized that it doesn't necessarily have to be that way. And then by the way, I have been a teacher, like, let's say, getting to four years now. You know, how teachers can be great teachers when it comes to phonics and all of this.
