She wants to support people in work, and she'll need to send them some money. But there ware huge questions about how much this costs. If debt markets take a view that one debt is very similar to another, you're gong to see your interest rates rising as a government. And if your interest rats rise as a government, the amount you have to pay to service the debt rises too.
